Exchanges and Returns

In order to fully meet the requirements and bring joy and satisfaction to our customers in their shopping experience in our online store, we have established an Exchange and Return Policy in accordance with the needs of our customers and civil regulations, especially those contained in the Consumer Protection Code .

We hope you are very satisfied with your purchase and that it fits you perfectly, but if this does not happen, there is no need to worry, we will exchange the product. We will show you how...

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF EXCHANGING A PRODUCT?

To request an exchange of a product for another model, size or piece, simply send an email to rebecanepomucenoatelier@gmail.com stating:

  1. Full name
  2. Order number
  3. Full Address
  4. Reason for Exchange
  5. Which product do you want to exchange for?

You will receive a postage code in your email within 3 days after confirming receipt of the email requesting the exchange/return.

Please print this code and present it at a post office closest to your home along with the item to be returned.

Once the exchange item is in our hands, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in perfect condition. We will then generate a coupon for the value of the product, which will be sent by email with a 30-day expiration date.

You are responsible for making the exchange within the stipulated period, as after the deadline the coupon will no longer be valid.

The exchange/return period is 7 days after the customer receives the item to be exchanged or returned.

The first exchange will be FREE! What should I do if I want to return the product? Just send an email to rebecanepomucenoatelier@gmail.com stating:

  1. Full name
  2. Order number
  3. Full Address
  4. Reason for withdrawal

We request a period of 10 calendar days to analyze the condition of the product before authorizing the refund. The refund will be made to the current account of the purchase holder. We do not refund amounts to third-party accounts. Remember to do this within 7 days after receiving the product! Otherwise, we will not be obliged to accept the exchange.

What do you need to check before requesting an exchange/cancellation?

  • Check if the order is within the above deadline
  • The item must not have been washed or used, must be free of odors, stains and without alterations made (e.g.: size adjustment, etc.).
  • The purchase INVOICE must be inside the box, which can be the original or even a copy.
  • Products that were returned outside of the above procedures will be retained in the store until the customer is contacted and clarified.

Returning the Product to the Customer

The product will be returned to the Customer without the right to exchange or refund when there are the following items of rejection:

  • Absence of defects (no evidence of the defect/damage observed by the customer)
  • Signs of improper use of the part Signs of accidental or intentional damage
  • Natural wear and tear of the part due to use
  • Products on sale
  • If the products do not comply with the conditions of our Exchange Policy, the company is authorized to return the product without prior notice, with the customer being solely responsible for the postage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges within the deadlines stipulated in this Policy will be borne by REBECA NEPOMUCENO ATELIER .

For all purchases we will send you a free postage coupon, so that you can send us the merchandise to be exchanged or returned through a post office. If you wish to exchange more than once, all shipping costs will be charged.

EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR IN DISAGREEMENT WITH THE PREVIOUS PROVISIONS.

WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCTS ON SALE, except in cases of unjustified regret or defects, reported within the respective legal deadlines.

Products purchased through www.rebecanepomucenoatelier.com MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES MENTIONED ABOVE. EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN OUR PHYSICAL STORE. All exchange or return processes must be followed as described herein.

The process between bride and designer aims to create an exclusive piece that exudes all her individuality, for this the first meeting is online with Rebeca.

After a conversation about references and the wedding atmosphere, the sketch is presented, which can take place online or in person.

If you choose to do this step in one of our ateliers with the stylist, we set aside 2 hours of service, for the presentation of the design, testing of fabrics and applications, as well as experimentations so that you can visualize the materialization of the design.
