Exchanges and Returns
To fully meet our customers' needs and ensure joy and satisfaction during their shopping experience in our online store, we have established an Exchange and Return Policy that aligns with both customer requirements and applicable civil regulations, particularly those outlined in the Consumer Protection Code.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase and that it fits perfectly. However, if it doesn't, there's no need to worry—we will gladly exchange the product. Here's how:
HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
To request an exchange for a different model, size, or item, simply send an email to rebecanepomucenoatelier@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Full Address
- Reason for the Exchange
- Desired Product for Exchange
Within three business days of confirming receipt of your request, you will receive a postage code via email. Please print this code and present it at your nearest post office along with the item to be returned. Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in perfect condition.
After the inspection, we will issue a coupon equal to the value of the product, which will be sent via email with a 30-day validity period. It is the customer's responsibility to complete the exchange within this timeframe, as the coupon will expire after the deadline.
Important Notes:
- The exchange/return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The first exchange is FREE!
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to rebecanepomucenoatelier@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Full Address
- Reason for the Return
We require up to 10 calendar days to analyze the condition of the product before authorizing a refund. Refunds will be made to the account of the original purchaser. We do not process refunds to third-party accounts.
Returns must also be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- Ensure the request is within the specified deadline.
- The item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or alterations (e.g., size adjustments).
- Be returned with the purchase invoice inside the package (original or copy).
Important: Items returned without following the proper procedures will remain at our store until the customer is contacted and the issue clarified.
RETURNING ITEMS TO THE CUSTOMER
We will return the product to the customer without an exchange or refund if:
- There is no defect (or evidence of the claimed defect).
- The item shows signs of improper use.
- There is accidental or intentional damage.
- The item displays natural wear and tear.
- The product was purchased on sale.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions of our Exchange and Return Policy, the product will be returned without prior notice, and the customer will be solely responsible for shipping costs.
SHIPPING COSTS
For exchanges and returns within the stipulated deadlines, Rebeca Nepomuceno Atelier will cover the shipping costs. A prepaid postage coupon will be provided for your convenience.
For multiple exchanges of the same order, the customer will be responsible for all subsequent shipping costs.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Exchanges or returns will not be accepted without prior notice or in violation of the outlined policies.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return unless due to defects or withdrawal within legal deadlines.
- Products purchased via www.rebecanepomucenoatelier.com may only be exchanged or returned in accordance with the terms of this policy.
- Exchanges for items purchased online cannot be processed in our physical store.
We kindly ask that all exchange and return processes strictly follow the instructions provided.

The process between bride and designer aims to create an exclusive piece that exudes all her individuality, for this the first meeting is online with Rebeca.
After a conversation about references and the wedding atmosphere, the sketch is presented, which can take place online or in person.
If you choose to do this step in one of our ateliers with the stylist, we set aside 2 hours of service, for the presentation of the design, testing of fabrics and applications, as well as experimentations so that you can visualize the materialization of the design.
